St James's Piccadilly Workshop

Environmental Constellations Workshop Powering sustainability in the workplace

A one day workshop for people working in sustainability and CSR

Are you feeling disempowered in your workplace?  Have you ideas you wish to take forward, but are struggling to get accepted by the board/more senior managers? Are you finding it hard to get buy in from other parts of your company’s workforce? Are you swamped by requests?  Are you ignored?

Is there an issue going on at work that you are finding it impossible to resolve?

Environmental constellations are a unique way of tackling issues and bringing clear solutions to seemingly difficult or impossible situations. Working from an entirely right brain standpoint, environmental constellations bring clarity and inspiration to our working lives as well as a deeper sense of purpose.

Bridging the space between the deep green environmental/spiritual movement and the corporate world the workshops are open to no more than 20 participants.

We expect participants to return to their work with

an increased awareness of their place within their organisation and how to strengthen that

sense of how to bring CSR to the forefront of their organisation

sense of how to build support for CSR projects within the organisation

sense of how to maintain commitments to the environmental movement whilst working in the corporate world

“ As a deep developmental exercise it still remains one of the highlights of the year. Having the members of the groups take on key figural groups… gave way to completely unpredictable responses and allowed new possibility to emerge. For me the memory of my experience lingers on and gives me great hope for navigating the way ahead.“

Nicolas Ceasar – Head of the Sustainability Practice at Ashridge Consulting

” My participation in environmental constellations guided by Zita Cox gave me an intriguing experience of what it might feel like to engage empathetically with the Earth community as a whole. A fascinating technique for slipping past the self-imposed limits of “logical” thinking into the communion of participation.”

Cormac Cullinan – author Wild Law
